Prosecco Via Vai NV is a lively crisp Prosecco with a delicate lemon character and an aromatic dry refreshing finish. It is fragrant with white flowers and has a delicate lemon and lime tang in the mouth. This Brut Prosecco sports little residual sugar making it a great counterpoint to sweeter aperetifs and bitters in a classic spritz. It is made from Glera grapes harvested from vineyards near Venice. The clear juice is fermented to make a still wine. Sugar is then added and a secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves under pressure to ensure that the bubbles are formed. This wine is perfect as an aperitif or with light meals. It is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
