Piccini Collezione Privata Toscana IGT is a premium Italian red wine that embodies the essence of Tuscany's rich winemaking heritage. Created by Mario Piccini, this wine is part of his "Private Collection," as indicated by his signature on each bottle, serving as a personal guarantee of its quality. The wine is inspired by the culinary delights of the Tuscan Renaissance, particularly the famous Stracotto dish of Catherine de' Medici. After maceration, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging in a combination of large barrels, barriques, and second and third passage tonneaux. This meticulous process results in a harmonious, well-structured wine with rich complexity.
