Direction for Use

Hob (From Ambient): Place the sealed plate in hot water for 5 minutes.Microwave (From Ambient): Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power for 30 seconds (800W) and 25 seconds (900W). Always stir thoroughly to remove hot spots and check the temperature before serving. Dispose of any uneaten heated product. Do not reheat. Store in a cool, dry place.
