Aromas of rum, Demerara, dried fruits, and spice, with a warming malt character and hints of vanilla and oak. The bitterness is understated, leaving plenty of room for a long spicy-sweet finish. It is great on its own and pairs well with full-flavored foods like cheese and chutney, cured meats, and fruity puddings. Best served ice cold in an Innis & Gunn glass.
