Full Bodied, Malty & Gluten Free. Gem is a full-bodied malty amber ale. Brewed with British malt and hops; a bittersweet and well-balanced beer. Bottled Gem is now certified gluten free by Coeliac UK – please only consider bottles labelled as gluten free with the Crossed Grain symbol to be as such. Gluten is removed post fermentation. We wanted to make an ale that feels as familiar as walking into your favourite country pub. Using traditional British malts, we balanced the soft fruits and bittersweet caramel with a soft, smooth bitterness – creating a delicious amber ale, that impresses sip after sip.
